Holder of a master’s degree in Taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke.

In 1984, he became vice president at Consultaxe. His goal is to increase the company’s influence in the industrial sector in Canada.

His determination and commitment to clients and his innovative ideas have helped him make Consultaxe known throughout Canada. He also works to develop close professional ties with clients in the industrial sector.

In 1996, Francis became President and Chief Executive Officer of Consultaxe Ltd. His experience and leadership skills were and are essential to the success of the major projects he has launched with his colleagues.

Francis strongly supports and endorses a significant number of school boards in Ontario and Quebec that are clients of Consultaxe. He is also an important player in the Canadian Senate, as a lobbyist.

Today, he leads the execution of the innovation strategy to integrate artificial intelligence into Consultaxe’s methods.

Francis is passionate about the world. He’ll never admit it out loud, but he is a philosopher and a lover of the arts. This makes him sensitive to nature and to people around him.
